I've wanted to find a way to encourage my daughters to open their minds and hearts to our Lord and Savior and An Open Chair has helped me do just that.  Since times have been tough for all of us, I decided to give simple gifts at Christmas this year. After lots of searches, both internet and catalog, I could not find what I felt was needed. I wanted something that could subtly remind them of the easily availability of God's presence, yet not make them uncomfortable putting the item they were to receive on display in their house, room, or area. An Open Chair was the perfect gift. Now I can see that I am going to have to make it a monthly task to purchase a chair, or two for my family and friends.  Saying thank you isn’t enough, but it will have to do, for now.
